Welcome to the Conquest Sports Pty Ltd ("Conquest Sports") Web Site ("Site"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the "Agreement").

Conquest Sports recognises that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. The information collected by Conquest Sports is used to help us respond to customer inquiries, send e-mails about sales and events and contact contest winners. The information also helps us in determining what products appeal to our customers so we can better merchandise and market our Site.
We may also use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. Each promotional e-mail we send comes with a link that enables our customers to unsubscribe or remove themselves from our mailing list.
3. Contents of Site
The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You agree that Conquest Sports may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the Site in any manner that does not reveal your identity.
6. Product Information
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Australian and New Zealand Dollars (unless otherwise indicated) and are valid and effective only in Australia and New Zealand.

This Site is controlled by Conquest Sports from its office in Melbourne, Australia.
8. Limitation of Liability
Conquest Sports shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Site or the performance of the products for any reason whatsoever, even if Conquest Sports has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification and release
You agree to release, indemnify and hold Conquest Sports harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Conquest Sports arising from or in any way related to your use of the Site you agree to pay all solicitors incurred fees. You also agree to release Conquest Sports in the event of any virus or disabling feature entering your computer system which results in loss or damage.
10. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the time being in force in the State of Victoria and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that State including any Courts having appellant jurisdiction.

This Site may contain links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Conquest Sports does not control. Any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Conquest Sports may choose various third party web sites to link to from its own site. 12. Severability
If a clause or part of a clause can be read in a way that makes it illegal, unenforceable or invalid, but can also be read in a way that makes it legal, enforceable and valid, it must be read in the latter way. If any clause or part of a clause is illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that clause or part is to be treated as removed from this document, but the rest of the document is not affected.
13. Waiver

Your access to and use of the converse sites and services made available via the converse site, is subject to these terms, the converse site Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Copyright and Trade Mark Notice and any other terms contained on this web site ("Terms of Use") and you accept and agree to these Terms of Use.
2. What you must not do
